We're super pumped to be bringing you some new content from a different perspective over the next few weeks! Well followed blogger, Sarah Bellamy (sarecity.com), and Kyle Gibson, co-owner of Wheel House Cycle Club are building their first home with us... and we've decided to follow them along in the process!

"With so much confusion/wanting to give up on the house hunt all together, we stumbled upon a show home by Trademark Homes, one from their Freedom Series. At first glance I refused to go in, thinking a brand new house like this would have to be far out of our tiny budget. After chatting with one of the many amazing team members from Trademark, Roxanne, we were surprised to find we could have our very own brand new home, with exactly what we wanted, in our price range. Sounds pretty magical, doesn’t it? Kyle and I knew designing our own place would be a perfect match for our endless lists of wants and the perfect place for us to someday call home."
