NEW BUILD STORY // A 17-year dream come true! The clients had a specific vision and brought their own design to us. With our expertise in crafting lakeside homes and country living spaces, we were happy to work with them to make their dream home unique and practical!
NEW BUILD STORY // Drew and Amanda lived in the house that was previously on this lot. They wanted to tear the old home down and build a custom home that takes advantage of the beautiful views of the park. So, we worked together to design and build this unique reversed two-storey home.

What an honour to build for this family again and see how their lives have changed over a few short years. Our walkthrough took over 4 hours because we got distracted chatting and laughing!

NEW BUILD STORY // Their son + daughter in law loved their Trademark experience so much that Bill + Shirley wanted their own! The journey began as a replacement cottage but quickly the Bearmans’ felt called to live full-time at the lake.
In the end, they decided to sell their family home in the city and build a beautiful lake house they could call home all year round.

NEW BUILD STORY // We met Tim + Mallory years ago in our “Creeks Modern Farmhouse” show home and it was over a year before they came back and asked us to build their dream home. This project was special because we were not only building a house, we were building in the community we call home and making a lasting friendship with our clients.
From the very beginning we knew this would be a “team” build as Tim is very talented and wanted to do work on the home himself. While some builders might not allow this, we were totally on board as pride of ownership is very important to us! Welcome home Tim + Mallory - we are so happy we have you in our community!
NEW BUILD STORY // We became friends with Jared + Courtney through mutual friends a few years ago and we’ve been a part of their many different home phases! From doing the renovation in their previous home, selling that home with them, and then building their beautiful home in Westerra it’s been such a fun experience! For years they dreamed of calling the Westerra neighbourhood home and this past month their dream came true. They wanted a home where they could serve and build into other peoples lives and we can’t wait to see all those they will have an impact on along the way!
REMODEL STORY // This home and its people make me smile. Just one of those amazing projects where the moment you walk through the door you feel like you’re home. Gord talks about us casually sitting on their back deck discussing options and how impactful that moment was on them. Well, it was a moment I too won’t forget. Because I clearly remember that moment looking around and realizing that we weren’t just working for clients but we were now working for friends. Thank you Gord and Diane for the opportunity to remodel your family home. We feel like family now.
NEW BUILD STORY // The giddy feeling when you get the key to your home! We loved working with Kevaun and Dionne, and we feel so honoured that they chose us after interviewing many different contractors. Dionne works for a cabinetry company, and she designed all the millwork and cabinets in their home. It was so fun to see her vision come to life.
NEW BUILD STORY // You save money for years to buy your first home after seeing a show home you fell in love with. You design the home and every detail, you pick out every finish and a few months later you open the door to your first home, the one you have been dreaming of. First time home ownership is something to be celebrated because it takes hard work, dedication, and sacrifice. This is Cody’s Trademark experience and we are SO proud of him!
REMODEL STORY // Our journey with The Keen’s started with a meeting to determine what they wanted: New, Remodel or find the perfect ready to purchase home. After narrowing it down we went on the hunt for the perfect home to overhaul. Landing in The Crescents we all knew we found the perfect home and look at it now. Almost unrecognizable from the original hodge podge structure the Keen’s are finally in their dream home. Welcome home Keen Family!
NEW BUILD STORY // After we tour the house on reveal day James and I leave the clients with the camera crew and they reflect on the journey. It’s a time for them to process and put into words how they feel after seeing their finished house for the first time and it’s a time to reflect on a long journey that was worth the wait. We don’t know what was said until the team hands us the reveal video and it always gives me goosebumps. Because the whole time we aren’t building these homes for us - we’re building it for them - and to hear first hand how they feel at the end reminds us why we do our job every day with passion and purpose.
